Looking for a long-term home in Barcelona
Hi! We're a couple from Kyiv, both working in tech. We're staying in Spain for the coming years and we'd like to find one apartment and stay in it — along with Phoebe, our 5-year-old adult English Cocker Spaniel.

What we're looking for
A bright one-bedroom apartment in a safe, well-connected neighbourhood.
- One bedroom
- Air conditioning — this one is essential
- Plenty of natural light, with windows that don't face straight into a wall
- A park or green space nearby, for Phoebe's daily walks
- Parking in the building would be a lovely bonus
- Barcelona itself, or one of the suburbs around it
- A safe, quiet neighbourhood with a low crime rate
- If it's outside the city, ideally within 15–20 minutes of Barcelona by public transport

Why we'd be good tenants
Hi — we're Andriy and Arina.
We came from Kyiv and we both work in tech: Andriy is a software engineer, Arina is a product analyst. Two stable, well-paid full-time jobs, two Spanish NIEs, and a plan to build our life here for the coming years.
We're quiet, tidy people. We look after the places we live in as if they were ours — our previous landlords can tell you the same, and we usually hand an apartment back in better shape than we found it.
Rent on the same day every month. Anything broken reported the day it breaks. Nothing hidden from you. That's the whole deal from our side — and in return we'd love to find one place we can stay in for a long time.

Meet Phoebe
Five years old, English Cocker Spaniel, professional napper.
Phoebe is a calm, well-behaved 5-year-old English Cocker Spaniel with an adorable personality. She's long past the age of chewing furniture and is perfectly accustomed to apartment living.
She's a true Velcro dog and spends most of the workday happily sleeping next to one of us while we work. Her unofficial full-time job is making people smile wherever she goes. She's living her best life.
